For more than thirteen years, JHSF has invested in the shopping mall sector. It has five major shopping centers in Brazil. These malls include Metro Tucuruvi, Cidade Jardim, Bela Vista, Catarina Fashion Outlet and Ponta Negra. These shopping malls have been trend setters in the shopping industry. Just like in the shopping sector, JHSF has become a trend setter in the residential developments as well. Parque Cidade Jardim, one of its developments in Sao Paulo, is top-end mixed-use development. Hotels and Airports
JHSF has 15 hotels under the Fasano Hotels umbrella. The Fasano Hotels have won awards locally and internationally including Luxury Hotel of the Year Award and Travellers Choice awards. JHSF has plans underway to develop an executive airport in Sao Paulo. The Airport is expected to connect to the major capital cities in the world.
JHSF CEO, Auriemo Neto
The success of the JHSF is due to the hard work and visionary leadership of its CEO and chairman, Jose Auriemo Neto. Jose is responsible for overseeing the operations of all the business units of JHSF. He led the signing of the company’s first exclusive partnership deals with Jimmy Choo, Gucci, and Hermes in 2009. In 2012 he partnered with Valentino to launch the first Valentino store in the country.
Jose Auriemo began his career at JHSF in 1993. Four years later, he founded the organization’s services department by creating a parking lot management company. His success with the services department earned him the permission to develop the company’s first shopping center, Santa Cruz.
